Pav Bhaji

Recipe Description
Tasty and popular road side food of India,everyones favorite hot Pav Bhaji made with pav(buns) and bhaji(hot and Spicy vegetable curry).
Main Ingredients
Dinner Rolls/Pav bajji buns,Potatoes,Green peas.

Ingredients
  • 10 Dinner Rolls/Pav bhaji buns
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chili chopped
  • Chopped Ginger Garlic
  • 1 cup chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 cup pealed and diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup soaked peas
  • 1 cup chopped Cabbage,Carrot,Califlower,Beans(Optional)
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala(If not available we can use garam masala powder)
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
Preparation
  • Take Potatoes,Green Peas,all vegetables,pinch of Turmeric and water in presure cooker, cook untill soft then mash it with wisk/masher to smooth consistency.
  • Heat pan and add 5 tbsp of butter.
  • Add Cumin seeds,Green Chili,Ginger Garlic,Curry Leaves
  • Add Onions,salt fry it untill Onions turn Golden Brown.
  • Add Tomatoes fry untill it cooked.
  • Add mashed Vegetable mixture
  • Add Chili powder,Coriander Powder,Pav Bhaji masala,Lemon juice cook it for 10 min in low flame
  • Garnish With Coriander Leaves and Onions, Bhaji is ready
  • Cut dinner roll in to half ,fry it on pan by adding little butter, Pav is ready
Tasty and Hot Pav Bhaji is ready to serve.
