Pav Bhaji
Recipe Description
Tasty and popular road side food of India,everyones favorite hot Pav Bhaji made with pav(buns) and bhaji(hot and Spicy vegetable curry).Main Ingredients
Dinner Rolls/Pav bajji buns,Potatoes,Green peas.Ingredients
- 10 Dinner Rolls/Pav bhaji buns
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Green Chili chopped
- Chopped Ginger Garlic
- 1 cup chopped Tomatoes
- 1 cup pealed and diced Potatoes
- 1 cup soaked peas
- 1 cup chopped Cabbage,Carrot,Califlower,Beans(Optional)
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala(If not available we can use garam masala powder)
- Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
Preparation
- Take Potatoes,Green Peas,all vegetables,pinch of Turmeric and water in presure cooker, cook untill soft then mash it with wisk/masher to smooth consistency.
- Heat pan and add 5 tbsp of butter.
- Add Cumin seeds,Green Chili,Ginger Garlic,Curry Leaves
- Add Onions,salt fry it untill Onions turn Golden Brown.
- Add Tomatoes fry untill it cooked.
- Add mashed Vegetable mixture
- Add Chili powder,Coriander Powder,Pav Bhaji masala,Lemon juice cook it for 10 min in low flame
- Garnish With Coriander Leaves and Onions, Bhaji is ready
- Cut dinner roll in to half ,fry it on pan by adding little butter, Pav is ready
Tasty and Hot Pav Bhaji is ready to serve.
