Crispy Crakers (Tea time snack)

Recipe Description
Spicy and crispy crackers made with Channa Dhal powder,All purpose flour.
Main Ingredients
Channa Dhal powder,All purpose flour
Ingredients

  • 1 cup All purpose Flour
  • 2 cup Channa Dhal powder
  • 2 tbsp Sooji Rava
  • 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of soda-bi-carb
  • 1 tbsp cumin seed powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Omum Seed powder
  • Pinch Turmeric
  • 2 cups Water
  • Oil to Deep fry
Preparation
  • Mix all ingredients like soft chepathi dough by adding little oil.
  • Make dough in to lemon size balls
  • Roll dough in to thin layer with chepathi roller and cut it in to pieces
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan/ kadhai on high flame.
  • Put cutted pieces in oil.
  • Fry each one until turn to golden brown on both sides.
Crispy and spicy crackers are ready to serve with Tea.

  • 1 cup Black garbanzo Beans
  • 1 cup Onions Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Mint Leaves
  • Chopped Green Chillis
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/2 tbsp Mustrad Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Urad Dhal
  • 1/2 tbsp Channa Dhal
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
Preparation
  • Soak Beans overnight in water,next drain water and make sprouts .
  • Boil Beans ,once it is boiled fully add salt boil it for 2 mins.
  • Heat 2 tbsps of oil in pan over medium flame.
  • Put mustread seeds,urad dhal,Cumin Seeds ,Curry Leaves,Channa Dhal fry it for 2 mins.
  • Put Onions,Grated Coconut,Green Chillis,Coriander leaves,Mint Leaves Fry it for 2 mins.
  • Put boiled Garbazo Beans stir and fry it for 5mins
  • Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
Tasty and healthy salad is ready to eat.

  • 1 cup Upma Rava/Sooji Rava/Wheat Rava
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 5 tbsp Ghee
  • 6 Cardamons
  • Cashew Nuts,Dry Grapes,any dry nuts which u like
  • 1 cup water
Preparation
  • Heat 3 tbsp of ghee fry Cashew and dry Grapes,keep it aside.
  • In same pan put Rava ,fry untill it disappears raw smell and turns light brown color,keep it aside.
  • Boil Milk and water,saffron color together.
  • Once Milk boils, pore rava slowly in milk and keep stiring while adding rava,make sure no lumbs.
  • Add sugar slowly stir it with out lumbs and let it boil for 10mins.
  • Add Cardamon powder,dry nuts and raisins.
Tasty Sweet Kesari is ready to serve.

  • Put Sugar,Cardamon powder in Rava fry it for 10 min then add fried Coconut.
  • Fry rava mix in low flame untill it becomes little thick,to become thick sprincle some Milk.
  • Consistency Should be think it should form some shape then add Fried nuts.
  • Make lemon size balls by adding a little ghee to each laddu while making it so that the ball holds on tight.
Tasty Sweet Rava laddu is ready to serve.

  • Add Ginger Garlic paste,Turmeric,Red Chilli powder,Coriander Powder,Salt,Chat Masala,Soya sauce,Tomato Chilli Sauce to Gobi and mix it well.
  • Add Channa Dhal powder to Gobi mix it well.
  • Add Corn flour mix it well,Consistency should be dry.
  • Deep fry in oil.
  • For extra taste heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat.
  • Put Onions,Green chillis,Curry leaves in oil fry it.
  • Put Soya sauce,Tomato Chilli sauce fry for 2 mins.
  • Put Fried Gobi fry for 2mins.

  • Dip Potato Slice in Batter(Batter should be coated on both slides of slice) and slowly drop in oil.
  • Fry each one until turn to golden brown on both sides.

  • Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Butter/Ghee
Preparation
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan .
  • Mix Rice flour,Red Chilli Powder,Ginger Garlic Paste,Curd,Cumin seeds,Milk,Salt,Butter/Ghee to think Consistency,make sure dough should be think and it should form shape.
  • Take small piece of dough and make it in to small balls.
  • Test the temperature of the oil by dropping a small ball of dough into the oil and if it sinks to the bottom ,it means the oil isn’t hot enough.
  • If ball come up from bottom to top with bubbles then oil is ready to fry.
  • Once oil is ready drop small balls slowly in to oil,fry and stir it in low flame untill balls turns to Golden brown color and crispy.
Yummy Yummy spicy palakayalu is ready to eat and we can store it for 1 to 2 months.


Vegetable Bonda with Dosa Batter( PuliBongaralu)

Andhra Style Yummy Yummy Hot Hot Bonda made with Dosa Batter and onion and other vegetables and we eat with sambar,coconut chutney,avakai or any spicy pickles.

Dosa Batter and Chopped Vegetables
Ingredients


  • Dosa Batter
  • Rice Flour
  • pinch of soda-bi-carb
  • 1 large Onion Sliced
  • 3 Green Chilli Sliced
  • 2 Grated Carrots
  • 5 chopped Beans
  • Grated Cabbage
  • curry leaves
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Mustrad seeds
  • 1/4 tbspCumin seeds
  • Garlic Slices
  • 4 tbsp Soaked Channa Dhal
Preparation
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan/ kadhai on high flame.
  • Take Dosa Batter and 2 tbsp of Rice flour in bowl and mix it well,Batter should be think.
  • Place onion slices,Green Chilli,Mustrad seeds,soda-bi-carb,Curry leaves,Coriander Leaves,Channa Dhal,Garlic,Grated Carrot,Cabbage,Beans and any chopped vegetables which you like in Dosa Batter and mix it well.
  • Take Lemon sized balls out of the mixture and drop slowly in oil.
  • Fry each one until turn to golden brown on both sides.
Note:Bonda will be tasty when Dosa Batter should be little bit sour(this will happen when we prepare Batter, we should keep batter at room temparature over 12 to 15 hrs.)
Hot Hot Bonda is ready to eat with Spicy pickles or Chutneys.

  • Add some water , mix it until it has no lumps and consistency should be thick.
  • place peanuts and mix it well and add remaining 1/4 cup Gram flour mix it,consistency should be dry.
  • Try to separate peanuts and spread them on baking tray.
  • Bake them for 20 min and mix around and bake until it turns golden brown color.
  • For No Diet:We can deep fry in oil instead of baking.
Tasty Crispy Masala Peanuts are ready to serve with Tea.
