Black Garbanzo Beans Sprouts Salad

Delicious and healthy Salad made with black garbanzo beans and Coconut.This is healthy snack and mostly served in temples as prasadham in India.Main Ingredients
Black garbanzo bean Sprouts And Fresh Grated CoconutIngredients
- 1 cup Black garbanzo Beans
- 1 cup Onions Chopped
- Curry Leaves
- 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 cup Chopped Mint Leaves
- Chopped Green Chillis
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
- 1/2 tbsp Mustrad Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Urad Dhal
- 1/2 tbsp Channa Dhal
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
Preparation
- Soak Beans overnight in water,next drain water and make sprouts .
- Boil Beans ,once it is boiled fully add salt boil it for 2 mins.
- Heat 2 tbsps of oil in pan over medium flame.
- Put mustread seeds,urad dhal,Cumin Seeds ,Curry Leaves,Channa Dhal fry it for 2 mins.
- Put Onions,Grated Coconut,Green Chillis,Coriander leaves,Mint Leaves Fry it for 2 mins.
- Put boiled Garbazo Beans stir and fry it for 5mins
- Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
Tasty and healthy salad is ready to eat.
