Crispy Crakers (Tea time snack)
Recipe Description
Spicy and crispy crackers made with Channa Dhal powder,All purpose flour.Main Ingredients
Channa Dhal powder,All purpose flourIngredients
- 1 cup All purpose Flour
- 2 cup Channa Dhal powder
- 2 tbsp Sooji Rava
- 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of soda-bi-carb
- 1 tbsp cumin seed powder
- 1/2 tbsp Omum Seed powder
- Pinch Turmeric
- 2 cups Water
- Oil to Deep fry
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients like soft chepathi dough by adding little oil.
- Make dough in to lemon size balls
- Roll dough in to thin layer with chepathi roller and cut it in to pieces
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan/ kadhai on high flame.
- Put cutted pieces in oil.
- Fry each one until turn to golden brown on both sides.
Crispy and spicy crackers are ready to serve with Tea.
