Delicious and healthy Salad made with Red Kidney Beans.Main Ingredients
Red Kidney BeansIngredients
- 1 cup Red Kidney Beans
- 1 cup Onions Chopped
- Curry Leaves
- 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 cup Chopped Mint Leaves
- 1/2 cup lettuce chooped
- 1/2 cup Grated Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Grated Carrot
- Chopped Green Chillis
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tbsp Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Grated Coconut
- 1/2 tbsp Mustrad Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Urad Dhal
- 1/2 tbsp Channa Dhal
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
Preparation
- Soak Red Kidney Beans over 5hrs in water.
- Boil Beans ,once it is boiled fully add salt boil it for 2 mins.
- Heat 2 tbsps of oil in pan over medium flame.
- Put mustread seeds,urad dhal,Cumin Seeds ,Curry Leaves,Channa Dhal fry it for 2 mins.
- Put Onions,Lettuce,Cabbage,Carrot,Grated Coconut,Green Chillis,Pepper,Coriander leaves,Mint Leaves Fry it for 2 mins.
- Put boiled Red Kidney Beans stir and fry it for 5mins
- Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
Tasty and healthy salad is ready to eat.
