Cauliflower and Tomato Curry (Gobi Curry)
Recipe Description
Delicious and spicy curry made with Cauliflower.Main Ingredients
CauliflowerIngredients
- one medium cauliflower, cut into flowerlets
- 1 big Onion chopped
- 2 Tomatoes Chopped
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander Leaves chopped
- Mint Leaves chopped
- 1 Green Chilli chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp dry grated Coconut(optional)
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Soak Cauliflower flowerlets in hot salt water for 5 min ,so that if any warms inside with come out.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil in pan over medium heat.
- Place Onions,Green Chillis ,Salt,Turmeric,Curry leaves fry untill Onions turn Gloden Brown color.
- Place Dry Coconut powder fry for 2 mins.
- Place Tomatoes fry untill no lumps.
- Place Cauliflower,Coriander Powder,Salt,Coriander leaves,Mint leaves Cook for 15 to 20 mins in low flame untill it cooked,add little water if required.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and Mint Leaves.
Tasty yummy yummy Cauliflower Curry is ready to eat with Rice or Roti.
