Baked Masala Coated Peanuts
Recipe Description
Delicious crispy oil less snack made of Grount Nuts, Enjoy evening with tea.Main Ingredients
Ground Nuts,Gram(chana/chickpea) flour.Ingredients
- 2 cups Ground Nuts
- 1 cup Gram flour
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tbsp Ajwain
- 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger,Garlic paste
- Chopped Coreinder leaves
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Place 3/4 cup Gram flour,Rice flour,Red chilli powder,salt,Cumin seeds,Ginger and Garlic paste,Ajwain,Turmeric,Coreinder Leaves in Bowl.
- Add some water , mix it until it has no lumps and consistency should be thick.
- place peanuts and mix it well and add remaining 1/4 cup Gram flour mix it,consistency should be dry.
- Try to separate peanuts and spread them on baking tray.
- Bake them for 20 min and mix around and bake until it turns golden brown color.
- For No Diet:We can deep fry in oil instead of baking.
Tasty Crispy Masala Peanuts are ready to serve with Tea.

I followed ur recipe....its really good with out using oil and its very crispy and tasty..good idea.Thanks for sharing.
I liked your recipe ,but you did not mention at what temperature we should bake it.could you please post it.i would really like to try it
sorry i didn't mentioned it,we should do at 350 degree.
