Ingredients

Black Eye Beans Salad
  • 1 cup Black Eye Beans
  • 1 cup Onions Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Mint Leaves
  • Chopped Green Chillis
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tbsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Mustrad Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Urad Dhal
  • 1/2 tbsp Channa Dhal
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
Preparation
  • Soak Black Eye Beans over 5hrs in water.
  • Boil Beans ,once it it boiled fully add salt boil it for 2 mins.
  • Heat 2 tbsps of oil in pan over medium flame.
  • Place mustread seeds,urad dhal,Cumin Seeds ,Curry Leaves,Channa Dhal fry it for 2 mins.
  • Place Onions,Green Chillis,Curry Leaves,Coriander leaves,Mint Leaves Fry it for 2 mins.
  • Put boiled Black eye Beans stir and fry it for 5mins
  • Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
Tasty and healthy salad is ready to serve.
