Yummy Yummy Hot Hot and crispy south indian recipe Samosa made with Samosa pads and Potato Curry we can eat with Tomato sauce,chutney,Avakai or any spicy pickles.Main Ingredients
Samosa pads and Potato CurryIngredients
- Samosa Pads (we can get it in Indian stores)
- Potato Curry (You can use any stuff of your choice.)
- Oil to deep fry
Preparation
- Take Somasa pad,fold it into a cone Shape
- Stuff cone with Potato Curry as shown in figure.
- close other end of cone(wet corners of Somasa pad to stick).
- Make sure Somasa closes properly(no holes in corners).
- Deep Fry in oil until turn to golden brown on both sides and crispy.
Hot Hot Somasa's are ready to eat with Tomato Sauce,Spicy pickles or Chutneys.
