Palakura Pappu(Spinach Dhal Curry)

Recipe Description
Delicious curry made of Spinach(Palakura) and Toor Dhal(Kandi pappu) and can eat with Rice or Roti.
Main Ingredients
Spinach ,Toor Dhal.

Ingredients
  • Spinach
  • 1 cup Kandi pappu(Toor dhal)
  • 1 Tomato
  • 3 Green Chillis
  • little Tamarind
  • Salt
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coreinder leaves
  • 1 tbsp Channa dhal
  • 1 tbsp Urad dhal
Preparation
  • Cook Toor dhal,Tomato,Gree Chilli,Chopped Spinach in to 2 ,3 cups of water until soft.
  • Then add salt and Tamarind again cook mixture for 5min.
  • Mix it well with Wisk or Spoon it should be a fine paste
  • Season with oil,Mustard seeds,Channa dhal,Urad dhal,Curry leaves and Onions and cook for 2mins.
  • Garnish with Coriander leaves,fried Onions and curry leaves.
Tasty Palakura pappu ready to eat with Rice or Roti.
