kodiguddu pulusu ( Mango & Egg pulusu)

Recipe Description
Delicious curry made of Boiled Eggs and Raw Mango and can eat with Rice,Idly,Vada,Dosa.

Main Ingredients
Boiled Eggs,Raw Mango,Tamarind Pulp,Tomatoes .

Ingredients
  • 2 Boiled Eggs
  • 1 Raw Mango cut in to pieces
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Lemon size Tamarind
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 big Onion
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coreinder leaves
  • 1 tbsp Channa dhal
  • 1 tbsp Urad dhal
  • 1/4 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Pulusu powder
Preparation
  • Heat 3 tbsp of oil in pan over medium heat.
  • Place Mustrad seeds,Cumin seeds,Curry leaves,Onion slices,Channa Dhal,Urad Dhal in oil, fry untill onion turns Golden Brown color.
  • Place Tomatoe slices,Salt,Turmeric fry untill no lumbs.
  • Place Mango pieces,Pulusu powder cook it for 10min.
  • Place Tamarind pulp,Pinch of Sugar,Eggs,2 cups water cook for 15 to 20 min in low flame.
  • Garnish with Coriander leaves.
Tasty Egg and Mango pulusu ready to eat with Rice or Idly or Dosa.
