Bread Payasam (Sweet Bread Soup)
Recipe Description
Traditional and Delicious Bread Payasam made with Milk and Bread.Main Ingredients
Milk and BreadIngredients
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 4 Bread Slices
- Cashews
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- 2 Cardamons
- Dry Grapes
Preparation
- Fry Bread slices in Ghee and cut it in to pieces,keep it aside.
- Boil Milk for 15mins in low flame and add Sugar,Cardamon powder boil it for 10mins.
- Place Bread pieces in Milk boil it for 5 mins.
- Add 1 tbsp Ghee.
- Place fried Cashews and Grapes.

Mamidikaya Pulihora (Mango Rice)

Traditional and Delicious Rice made with Raw Mango.Main Ingredients
Rice and Raw MangoIngredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 1 cup grated raw Mango(unripe Green Mango)
- 1 tbsp chana dal
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp urad dal
- 3 tbsp Ground nuts
- Cashew Nuts
- 2 green chilies chopped lengthwise
- pinch Asafoetida
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
- Coriander Leaves
- Curry leaves
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Heat the 3 spoons of oil in pan over medium heat.
- Place Green Mustrad seeds,Chana Dhal,Urad Dhal,Ground Nuts,Cashews,chilli pieces,Cummin seeds,Curry Leaves in oil fry it.
- place Asafoetida.
- Place Turmeric
- Place Grated raw Mango,salt fry it for 10min.
- Add cooked rice mix it well ,cook it for 5min
- Garnish with Coriander leaves

Gutti Vankaya Kura (Stuffed EggPlant/Brinjal Curry)
Recipe Description
Delicious curry made of EggPlant/Brinjal/Vankaya and can eat with Rice,Idly,Roti,Dosa.Main Ingredients
Egg Plant,Tamarind Pulp,Tomatoes .Ingredients
- 1 kg Egg Plants
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/2 Lemon size Tamarind
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 big Onion
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tbsp Cumin seeds
- Curry Leaves
- Coreinder leaves
- 1 tbsp Channa dhal
- 1 tbsp Urad dhal
- 1/4 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Pulusu powder
- 3 tbsp Ground Nuts powder
- 3 tbsp Fresh Coconut Paste
Preparation
- Mix Coconut paste,Pulusu powder,Ground Nuts powder,salt.
- Slit Brinjals in to plus space (2 plus) on opposite side of stem.
- Stuff the paste in to Brinjals carefully with out breaking it.
- Heat 5 tbsp of oil in pan over medium heat.
- Place Mustrad seeds,Cumin seeds,Curry leaves,Onion slices,Channa Dhal,Urad Dhal in oil, fry untill onion turns Golden Brown color.
- Place Tomatoe slices,Salt,Turmeric fry untill no lumbs.
- Place Stuffed Brinjals cook it untill Brinjal soft or it turns color,Don't add water.
- Place Tamarind pulp,Pinch of Sugar,remaing stuff paste,1 cup water,salt to taste cook for 10 to 15 min in low flame.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves.

Idly Batter Mix
Recipe Description
Idly Mix to prepare hot hot Idly.Main Ingredients
Idly Rava and Urad DhalIngredients
- 1 cup Urad Dhal
- 2 cups Idly Rava
- 1 cup cooked Rice
- pinch of soda-bi-carb(Baking Soda)
- 1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds (Menthulu, Methi)
Preparation
- Soak Urud Dhal and the Fenugreek(methi) seeds together in a bowl over 6 hours.
- Wash and grind Urud Dhal, methi Seeds,1 cup Cooked Rice in to fine smooth paste add little water while grinding.
- Wash Rava and mix it in Urad Dhal paste
- Allow it to ferment overnight.
- If people in cold climates: if you have an oven, just turn the oven light on and leave the vessel in the oven, or if you have a stove with a pilot light, keep the vessel over the pilot light.
- The next day, stir the batter well to make sure it should not be too thick and add salt.
- Then make idlys in the idly steamer. Steam it on high flame for 10 minutes

Rava Laddu Sweet ( Sweet Wheat Rava Balls)

Yummy rava Laddu can be prepared with Suji Rava and Sugar.Main Ingredients
Upma Rava/Suji Rava/Wheat Rava,Sugar.Ingredients
- 1 cup Upma Rava/Sooji Rava/Wheat Rava
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Gratted raw Coconut
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 5 tbsp Ghee
- 6 Cardamons
- Cashew Nuts,Dry Grapes,any dry nuts which u like
Preparation
- Heat 3 tbsp of ghee fry Cashew and dry Grapes,keep it aside.
- In same pan Put coconut, fry untill it disappears raw smell and keep this aside.
- In same pan put Rava ,fry untill it disappears raw smell.
- Put Sugar,Cardamon powder in Rava fry it for 10 min then add fried Coconut.
- Fry rava mix in low flame untill it becomes little thick,to become thick sprincle some Milk.
- Consistency Should be think it should form some shape then add Fried nuts.
- Make lemon size balls by adding a little ghee to each laddu while making it so that the ball holds on tight.

Soft Chapathi (Indian Wheat Bread )
Recipe Description
Soft Chapathi's made with Wheat Flour and can eat with any Roti Subji's.Main Ingredients
Wheat FlourIngredients
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour(For 5 Chapathi's)
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Dough should be little soft,should not too hard.
- Leave dough for 1/2 hr before preparing Chapathi's.
- To fry Chapathi's, Tava should be very hot.
- Don't fry Chapathi's in low flame.
- Store Chapthi's in bowl with Closed lid,that keeps chapatih's fresh and soft.
- Take Wheat flour in bowl.
- Put 2 tbsp Ghee in Flour mix it untill no lumps.
- put Water,salt in flour mix it in circular motion(Easy mixing) until it is mixed properly.
- Keep Dough for 1/2 hour in bowl with closed lid,ready to prepare Chepathi's.
- Make Dough in to Lemon size balls
- Take one ball press it like small disc,roll the dough with roller in circle shape.
- When rolling if dough is sticking to roller,spread some wheat flour over dough.
- Chapathi's should not be too thin made it little thick so that it puff's nicely.
- Once rolling Chepathi's over,ready to fry.
- Heat Tava on high flame.
- Place chepathi on Tava.
- Once Chepathi puff's up on one side,then turn to other side fry for 2 mins.
- Don't add oil when started fry chapathi's.
- Just Spread or apply oil with Spoon on top of Chapathi's once it is fried fully.

- Vankaya/Brinjal/Egg Plant
- 1 tbsp Grated dry Coconut
- Sliced Onion
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 4 Garlic Slices
- 2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
- Coreinder leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- Curry Leaves
- 1/4 tbsp Cumin seeds(Jeera)
- 1 tbsp Channa dhal
- 1 tbsp Urad dhal
- 2 tbsp Roasted Split chick peas powder
Preparation
- Heat the 3 spoons of oil in pan over medium heat.
- Place Mustrad seeds,Cumin seeds,Curry leaves,Onion slices,Garlic Slices,Channa Dhal,Urad Dhal in oil fry it for 2min.
- place Brinjal Pieces,Turmeric,Salt,Coriander Powder,Coconut Powder cook untill Brinjal cooked and Soft.
- Add Red chilli powder fry for 2mins.
- To add more taste : you can add Roasted chick Pea dhal powder and fry it for 1 min.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves,fried Ground nuts.

Delicious curry made of Spinach(Palakura) and Toor Dhal(Kandi pappu) and can eat with Rice or Roti.Main Ingredients

- Spinach
- 1 cup Kandi pappu(Toor dhal)
- 1 Tomato
- 3 Green Chillis
- little Tamarind
- Salt
- 1 small Onion
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- Curry Leaves
- Coreinder leaves
- 1 tbsp Channa dhal
- 1 tbsp Urad dhal
Preparation
- Cook Toor dhal,Tomato,Gree Chilli,Chopped Spinach in to 2 ,3 cups of water until soft.
- Then add salt and Tamarind again cook mixture for 5min.
- Mix it well with Wisk or Spoon it should be a fine paste
- Season with oil,Mustard seeds,Channa dhal,Urad dhal,Curry leaves and Onions and cook for 2mins.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves,fried Onions and curry leaves.

Gobi Manchuria(Cauliflower Recipe)

Crispy Gobi Manchuria made with Cauliflower and Channa Dhal powder.Main Ingredients
Cauliflower,Channa Dhal powder.Ingredients
- 1 cup Channa Dhal/Besan Powder(Chickpea)
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- Red color
- Cauliflower/Gobi
- 1 tbsp Chat Masala
- 1/2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato chilli sauce
Preparation
- Add Ginger Garlic paste,Turmeric,Red Chilli powder,Coriander Powder,Salt,Chat Masala,Soya sauce,Tomato Chilli Sauce to Gobi and mix it well.
- Add Channa Dhal powder to Gobi mix it well.
- Add Corn flour mix it well,Consistency should be dry.
- Deep fry in oil.
- For extra taste heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat.
- Put Onions,Green chillis,Curry leaves in oil fry it.
- Put Soya sauce,Tomato Chilli sauce fry for 2 mins.
- Put Fried Gobi fry for 2mins.
