Crispy Crakers (Tea time snack)
Recipe Description
Spicy and crispy crackers made with Channa Dhal powder,All purpose flour.Main Ingredients
Channa Dhal powder,All purpose flourIngredients
- 1 cup All purpose Flour
- 2 cup Channa Dhal powder
- 2 tbsp Sooji Rava
- 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of soda-bi-carb
- 1 tbsp cumin seed powder
- 1/2 tbsp Omum Seed powder
- Pinch Turmeric
- 2 cups Water
- Oil to Deep fry
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients like soft chepathi dough by adding little oil.
- Make dough in to lemon size balls
- Roll dough in to thin layer with chepathi roller and cut it in to pieces
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan/ kadhai on high flame.
- Put cutted pieces in oil.
- Fry each one until turn to golden brown on both sides.

Black Garbanzo Beans Sprouts Salad

Black garbanzo bean Sprouts And Fresh Grated CoconutIngredients
- 1 cup Black garbanzo Beans
- 1 cup Onions Chopped
- Curry Leaves
- 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 cup Chopped Mint Leaves
- Chopped Green Chillis
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
- 1/2 tbsp Mustrad Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Urad Dhal
- 1/2 tbsp Channa Dhal
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
Preparation
- Soak Beans overnight in water,next drain water and make sprouts .
- Boil Beans ,once it is boiled fully add salt boil it for 2 mins.
- Heat 2 tbsps of oil in pan over medium flame.
- Put mustread seeds,urad dhal,Cumin Seeds ,Curry Leaves,Channa Dhal fry it for 2 mins.
- Put Onions,Grated Coconut,Green Chillis,Coriander leaves,Mint Leaves Fry it for 2 mins.
- Put boiled Garbazo Beans stir and fry it for 5mins
- Garnish with Coriander Leaves.

Pav Bhaji
Recipe Description
Tasty and popular road side food of India,everyones favorite hot Pav Bhaji made with pav(buns) and bhaji(hot and Spicy vegetable curry).Main Ingredients
Dinner Rolls/Pav bajji buns,Potatoes,Green peas.Ingredients
- 10 Dinner Rolls/Pav bhaji buns
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Green Chili chopped
- Chopped Ginger Garlic
- 1 cup chopped Tomatoes
- 1 cup pealed and diced Potatoes
- 1 cup soaked peas
- 1 cup chopped Cabbage,Carrot,Califlower,Beans(Optional)
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala(If not available we can use garam masala powder)
- Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
Preparation
- Take Potatoes,Green Peas,all vegetables,pinch of Turmeric and water in presure cooker, cook untill soft then mash it with wisk/masher to smooth consistency.
- Heat pan and add 5 tbsp of butter.
- Add Cumin seeds,Green Chili,Ginger Garlic,Curry Leaves
- Add Onions,salt fry it untill Onions turn Golden Brown.
- Add Tomatoes fry untill it cooked.
- Add mashed Vegetable mixture
- Add Chili powder,Coriander Powder,Pav Bhaji masala,Lemon juice cook it for 10 min in low flame
- Garnish With Coriander Leaves and Onions, Bhaji is ready
- Cut dinner roll in to half ,fry it on pan by adding little butter, Pav is ready

Potato Stuffed Bitter Gourd Fry ( Kakarakaya vepudu)

BitterGourd.Ingredients
- Small size BitterGourds
- Sliced Onion
- Chopped 4 Green Chillis
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
- Coreinder leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- Curry Leaves
- 1/4 tbsp Cumin seeds(Jeera)
- 1 tbsp Channa dhal
- 1 tbsp Urad dhal
- Potato Pittu
Preparation
- Split BitterGourd and remove seeds as shown in figure.
- Stuff Potato Pittu in BitterGourd as shown in figure.
- Heat the 4 spoons of oil in pan over medium heat.
- Place Mustrad seeds,Cumin seeds,Curry leaves,Channa Dhal,Urad Dhal in oil fry it for 2min.
- Place Green Chillis,Onion slices fry untill onion turns Golden Brown color.
- Place stuffed BitterGourd in pan and fry untill BitterGourd cooked and turn to dark brown color in low flame.
- Add Coriander leaves.

Cashew And Vegetable Pizza

All purpose flour,cashews,yeastPizza Sauce Preparation
Ingredients For Pizza Sauce
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Fennel seeds
- Chopped Jalapenos
- Chopped Coriander
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Cumin seeds
Preparation
- Grind tomatoes,coriander,ginger,jalapenos in mixer.
- Heat 3 tbsp of olive oil.
- Add cumin seeds in oil
- Add tomato pure,sugar,salt,fennel seeds in oil
- Boil it till it disappears raw smell.
- Pizza sauce is ready will see how to prepare Pizza base mix.
Pizza Base mix Preparation
Ingredients For Pizza Base
- 3 cups All purpose Flour/Maida
- 4 grms yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp Olive oil.
Preparation
- Take half cup warm water.
- Mix yeast,sugar,salt in warm water leave it for 5 mins.
- Take all purpose flour in bowl and add warm water mix and Olive oil and water, mix it little looser than chepathi dough(Dough should be very soft and able to spread with fingers on pizza pan).
- Cover dough with cloth or plastic paper and leave atleast 5 to 6hrs (if we leave over night it will be more good),pizza dough will become double in size(gas will form inside).
- Before preparing pizza, mix dough well(remove all gas from dough).

Pizza Preparation
Ingredients For Pizza Toppings
- Chopped Onions
- Chopped Mushrooms
- Chopped Capsicum
- Chopped Jalapenos
- Chopped Coriander
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Chopped Cashews
- Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
- Take 14 inches Pizza pan.
- Greace pan with Olive oil.
- spread pizza dough on pan with fingers,edges should be little thick than middle.
- Spread Tomato sauce on top of Pizza dough.
- Spread Mozzarella cheese on top of sauce
- Then Spread Jalapenos,Capsicum,Mushrooms,Cashews,Tomatoes,Coriander leaves.
- Preheat oven 450 to 470 degrees
- Bake Pizza about 15-20 mins or pizza edge turns slight brown.
- cool pizza for 5mins.

Rava Kesari / Suji Halwa

Upma Rava/Suji Rava/Wheat Rava,Sugar.Ingredients
- 1 cup Upma Rava/Sooji Rava/Wheat Rava
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 5 tbsp Ghee
- 6 Cardamons
- Cashew Nuts,Dry Grapes,any dry nuts which u like
- 1 cup water
Preparation
- Heat 3 tbsp of ghee fry Cashew and dry Grapes,keep it aside.
- In same pan put Rava ,fry untill it disappears raw smell and turns light brown color,keep it aside.
- Boil Milk and water,saffron color together.
- Once Milk boils, pore rava slowly in milk and keep stiring while adding rava,make sure no lumbs.
- Add sugar slowly stir it with out lumbs and let it boil for 10mins.
- Add Cardamon powder,dry nuts and raisins.

- Take Somasa pad,fold it into a cone Shape
- Stuff cone with Potato Curry as shown in figure.
- close other end of cone(wet corners of Somasa pad to stick).
- Make sure Somasa closes properly(no holes in corners).
- Deep Fry in oil until turn to golden brown on both sides and crispy.

- 1 kg Egg Plants
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/2 Lemon size Tamarind
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 big Onion
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tbsp Cumin seeds
- Curry Leaves
- Coreinder leaves
- 1 tbsp Channa dhal
- 1 tbsp Urad dhal
- 1/4 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Pulusu powder
Preparation
- Slit Brinjals in to plus space (2 plus) on opposite side of stem.
- Heat 5 tbsp of oil in pan over medium heat.
- Place Mustrad seeds,Cumin seeds,Curry leaves,Onion slices,Channa Dhal,Urad Dhal in oil, fry untill onion turns Golden Brown color.
- Place Tomatoe slices,Salt,Turmeric fry untill no lumbs.
- Place Brinjals cook it untill Brinjal soft or it turns color.
- Place Tamarind pulp,Pinch of Sugar,1 cup water,salt to taste cook for 10 to 15 min in low flame.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves.

- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 4 Bread Slices
- Cashews
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- 2 Cardamons
- Dry Grapes
Preparation
- Fry Bread slices in Ghee and cut it in to pieces,keep it aside.
- Boil Milk for 15mins in low flame and add Sugar,Cardamon powder boil it for 10mins.
- Place Bread pieces in Milk boil it for 5 mins.
- Add 1 tbsp Ghee.
- Place fried Cashews and Grapes.
