Baked Masala Coated Peanuts

Recipe Description
Delicious crispy oil less snack made of Grount Nuts, Enjoy evening with tea.

Main Ingredients
Ground Nuts,Gram(chana/chickpea) flour.

Ingredients


  • 2 cups Ground Nuts
  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tbsp Ajwain
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger,Garlic paste
  • Chopped Coreinder leaves
  • Salt to taste
Preparation
  • Place 3/4 cup Gram flour,Rice flour,Red chilli powder,salt,Cumin seeds,Ginger and Garlic paste,Ajwain,Turmeric,Coreinder Leaves in Bowl.
  • Add some water , mix it until it has no lumps and consistency should be thick.
  • place peanuts and mix it well and add remaining 1/4 cup Gram flour mix it,consistency should be dry.
  • Try to separate peanuts and spread them on baking tray.
  • Bake them for 20 min and mix around and bake until it turns golden brown color.
  • For No Diet:We can deep fry in oil instead of baking.
Tasty Crispy Masala Peanuts are ready to serve with Tea.

I liked your recipe ,but you did not mention at what temperature we should bake it.could you please post it.i would really like to try it

sorry i didn't mentioned it,we should do at 350 degree.
