Cauliflower and Tomato Curry (Gobi Curry)

Delicious and spicy curry made with Cauliflower.

Ingredients


  • one medium cauliflower, cut into flowerlets
  • 1 big Onion chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves chopped
  • Mint Leaves chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp dry grated Coconut(optional)
  • Salt to taste
Preparation
  • Soak Cauliflower flowerlets in hot salt water for 5 min ,so that if any warms inside with come out.
  • Heat 3 tbsp of oil in pan over medium heat.
  • Place Onions,Green Chillis ,Salt,Turmeric,Curry leaves fry untill Onions turn Gloden Brown color.
  • Place Dry Coconut powder fry for 2 mins.
  • Place Tomatoes fry untill no lumps.
  • Place Cauliflower,Coriander Powder,Salt,Coriander leaves,Mint leaves Cook for 15 to 20 mins in low flame untill it cooked,add little water if required.
  • Garnish with Coriander leaves and Mint Leaves.
Tasty yummy yummy Cauliflower Curry is ready to eat with Rice or Roti.
