Potato Bajji ( Fritters )

Recipe Description
Yummy Yummy Hot Hot Potato Bajji made with Channa Dhal powder and Potato we can eat with Tomato sauce,chutney,Avakai or any spicy pickles.
Main Ingredients
Allu or Potatoes,Channa Dhal powder

Ingredients


  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Channa Dhal powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Pinch of soda-bi-carb
  • Sliced Potatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • Pinch Turmeric
  • 2 cups Water
Preparation
  • Cut Potatoes in to slices
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan/ kadhai on high flame.
  • Place Channa Dhal powder,Rice Flour,Red Chilli Powder,Ginger Garlic paste,salt,Turmeric,Soda,Fennel Seeds,water in bowl,Mix it untill no lumps,Consistency should be little thick.

  • Dip Potato Slice in Batter(Batter should be coated on both slides of slice) and slowly drop in oil.
  • Fry each one until turn to golden brown on both sides.
Hot Hot Allu Bajji is ready to eat with Tomato Sauce,Spicy pickles or Chutneys.
