Beans Fry with Grated Coconut

Recipe Description
Andhra Style Delicious curry made of Green beans and Grated Coconut and can eat with Rice or Roti.

Green Beans,Grated Coconut.

Ingredients


  • Green Beans
  • Grated Coconut
  • Sliced Onion
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
  • Garlic Slices
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
  • 3 Green Chillis
  • Coreinder leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 tbsp Cumin seeds(Jeera)
  • 1 tbsp Channa dhal
  • 1 tbsp Urad dhal
Preparation
  • Heat the 3 spoons of oil in pan over medium heat.
  • Place Mustrad seeds,Cumin seeds,Curry leaves,Green Chillis,Onion slices,Garlic Slices,Channa Dhal,Urad Dhal in oil fry it for 2min.
  • place finely chopped Green Beans,Turmeric,Salt cook untill beans cooked.
  • Add red chilli powder fry for 2mins.
  • Add Grated Coconut fry it for 5mins.
  • To add more taste : you can add fried channa dhal powder and fry it for 1 min.
  • Garnish with Coriander leaves,fried Ground nuts.
Tasty Beans Fry is ready to eat with Rice or Roti.
